Morgan Meissner, PhD
Founder and Lead Medical Writer
Morgan Meissner, PhD is a medical writer with a passion for effective science communication and outreach. She earned her Doctor of Philosophy in molecular biology and Master of Science in bioinformatics from the University of Minnesota, where her graduate research focused on using molecular and computational techniques to understand retroviral replication. Though virology and infectious disease still hold a special place in her heart, she has experience writing in a wide array of therapeutic areas, including oncology and hematology, dermatology, and rare genetic disorders.
At True North Medical Writing, our goal is to translate complex medical and scientific ideas into a format that is clear, informative, and actionable. We believe that medical information should be accessible for all, even those without a formal scientific background. Whether you are writing for experts or novices, an effective medical writer can help your audience make meaningful connections that allow them to retain and apply what they’ve learned. No matter what kind of project you have in mind, we’re here to help you make that happen.
